My PS5 has no picture - is that the HDMI port?
Most likely, yes. A "white light of death" with no display is usually a damaged HDMI port from a bent cable or drop. It's one of our most common repairs - we micro-solder a new port and you're back gaming.
My console is loud and shuts down mid-game - can it be fixed?
Yes. That's classic overheating: dust-clogged heatsinks and dried thermal paste. A deep clean and repaste usually makes it run quiet and cool again - often better than it has in years.
Can you fix Joy-Con drift on the Switch?
Absolutely. We replace worn joystick modules in Joy-Cons, Switch Lite sticks, and the same for PS5 DualSense and Xbox controllers suffering stick drift.
Is my game data safe during repair?
In almost all cases your saves and installed games are untouched - repairs are hardware-level and storage isn't wiped. For storage upgrades we can transfer everything across.
